I recently purchased a pair of the Vibram FiveFinger Bikila shoes. I am absolutely in love with them so far! I can definitely feel the difference in how I walk and run in these shoes compared to traditional running shoes. My feet did hurt at first since I didn’t do the training exercises, but after starting them, I have not had any pain. The Injinji socks really help with making the shoes more comfortable if the shoes alone are not enough. I will definitely be looking at the new styles for my second pair!
